Acceptance of terms
By using EthioTKT (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Description of service
EthioTKT is an event discovery and ticketing platform. We allow users to browse and buy tickets for events, and organizers to create and manage events and sell tickets. We are not the event organizer unless stated otherwise.
Tickets and refunds
Tickets purchased through EthioTKT are subject to the event organizer's policies. Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-refundable. We may allow organizers to void tickets in cases of fraud or dispute; voiding does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
User conduct
You may not use the Platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or to harass others. You must provide accurate information when purchasing tickets or creating events. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
