We collect information you provide when you sign up, buy tickets, or create events: name, email, phone (if provided), and payment-related data as needed. If you connect Telegram or WhatsApp, we store the identifiers needed to send you ticket and order notifications.

We use your information to provide the ticketing service, send order and ticket confirmations, respond to support requests, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.
Sharing your information
We may share your information with event organizers (e.g. name, email for attendee lists), payment processors as required for transactions, and as required by law. Organizers may only use attendee data for the relevant event.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Passwords are hashed; we do not store full payment card numbers. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may disconnect Telegram or WhatsApp from your account at any time from the Dashboard. You can request a copy of data we hold about you.
